ok, ini memang cerita lama.
tahun lepas (24-26 disember 2011), saya telah menyertai Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Islam Malaysia se-Indonesia 2011 (PERMAI 2011). kali ini, Jakarta menjadi tuan rumah. specifically, at Taman Wiladatika, Jakarta.
eventhough Bandung and Jakarta located at the same piece of land, we still need long hours to reach there! because of traffic-jam of course. its ok, lets practice patience~

Doc Ita, my Public Health lecturer once said, if we want to change the world, it started with ourselves. do consistently the small things by using our effort. then, the world will change slowly, if and only if each of us do the same thing.
kita hidup dengan kasih sayang. bahkan, kasih sayang inilah yang membuatkan kehidupan kita lebih bermakna dan bersemangat. well, saya tak specific kan pada kasih sayang sesama kekasih. tak kenal maka tak cinta. walaupun pada dasar perkenalan itu, iyalah, mana ada manusia yang pertama kali jumpa terus peluk cium bagai nak rak. mungkin ada, tapi jarang kot. adakah anda? yang pasti bukan saya. dalam sejarah hidup, siapa saja yang pertama kali jumpa saya mesti, wajib, mengatakan saya nampak sombong dan kerek. tapi, hakikatnya salah sama sekali. tapi takpe, saya maafkan. hehe :')
pernah tak anda jumpa dengan insan yang miskin kasih sayang?
sedih kan? erm kalau lah si dia tahu betapa indahnya bila diri kita disayangi dan dirindui. seronoknya rasa bila ada sahabat mengatakan "oh diyan! rinduuuuuu sangat kat awak!" :)
ataupun, "along, emak rindu la kat kamu. bulan 11 ni nak balik rumah tak? nanti mak cakap kat abah" :D oh ini sangat mengujakan, of course, bila abah nak support flight ticket. hehe oh sila abaikan part mata duitan itu. yang penting ialah bahagian rindu rinduan seorang ibu. :')
kebanyakan topic yang saya belajar ada kitaran, a.k.a. cycle. contohnya, menstrual cycle, or nitrogen cycle. begitu juga dengan hidup kita. sunnatullah. pernah dgr kan pasal hidup ini ibarat roda. ada kalanya kita dibawah, kadang kala kita di atas.

tak rugi rasanya utk menunjukkan kasih sayang kpd insan lain. apalah salahnya mengasihi manusia di sekeliling kita. hati gembira, sahabat pun meredhai kita. :)
sebenarnya bukan susah nak dapatkan keredhaan manusia. dgn harapan, Allah meredhai kita juga. ameen. dugaan sentiasa ada, tapi kasih sayang Allah juga kan sentiasa mengiringi hambaNya. :)

ok, second of all, rasanya, sy belum wish selamat berpuasa lagi kan? hehe hmm, disebabkan sekarang ni dah masuk fasa ke-2 bulan Ramadhan, sy nak ucapkan pd anda semua semoga kita berpeluang untuk merebut anugerah malam Lailatul Qadar. menurut sesetengah pendapat, malam Lailatul Qadar, iaitu malam yg lebih baik dr 1000 bulan ni dianggarkan jatuh pd 10 malam terakhir. tp, apa salahnya kalau kita mula dari sekarang, kan? :)
then, thirdly, i has just finished the Endocrine and Metabolism System. baru semalam habis exam, tp seriously, sy belum puas baca Greenspan's. utk system ni, sy cuma belajar 6 cases shj. dan tak mungkin la my future-patients cuma ada penyakit yg sy belajar je kan? diseases are modifiable, based on chemicals around us and nutrient(food).
psl food ni, dari muda lagi kita kena jaga makan tau. jgn main belasah je nak mkn manis2, unless you are hypoglycemic. and instant food, macam KFC tu. kalau nak makan instant food, make sure sebulan sekali je ok.
ahh you know what, i'll be absolutely strict on controlling diet of my husband and kids. *rolling eyes*
especially fat, because fat can damage the insulin-receptors on body cells. insulin akan bind dgn receptor supaya glucose can be taken up by cells. baru lah glucose boleh digunakan secara berterusan. kalau glucose bnyk melarut dlm darah, tu yg boleh jd hypertension and diabetes. then tell me, once insulin receptors tu rosak, cmne nak repair? this is biochemistry thingys. ala, health issue have become common things for u all kan? :)
so, take care of your health! :)
*1-next monday sy dan kawang2(bahasa ganu amal) akan mula belajar neuro system. its quite exciting, but i don't know whether i can cope with it or not. hope everything going fine.

first of all, saya sedang belajar (baru tahun kedua je pun) tetapi, boleh ke saya mendirikan rumahtangga? bercinta? adakah cinta itu membelakangi cinta kpd Allah? apa kesan cinta?

Cinta adalah satu bentuk tenaga. Seperti konsep tenaga dalam subjek Fizik yg kita tahu ; tenaga (rakan sebaya lebih familiar dgn perkataan 'energy') tak boleh dilenyapkan atau dimusnahkan, tetapi ia boleh di ubah bentuknya kpd sesuatu yg memberi manfaat.
Wujud 2 cinta; iaitu cinta kepada Tuhan dan cinta kepada makhluk.
Ia bukan pilihan, ia bergerak seiringan. Apa yg penting ialah prioriti.
Kita yg bertanggungjawab utk menjaga kedua cinta ini dan memastikan bahawa cinta kita kpd Tuhan lebih kuat dan dominan berbanding cinta kita kpd makhluk.
Nikah? boleh, tetapi kita mesti sedar dan tahu bahawa ada 'ups and downs' dalam ikatan itu. Timbalah ilmu secukupnya. Dalam percintaan, akan wujud sebuah kekuatan dan 'determination' utk melakukan apa sahaja.

one day, i asked my friend. not orally. i wrote on a piece of paper actually.
"bila nk bertunang?"
then, i passed the paper to her. she sat beside me.
cara aku tulis surat tu macam la aku duduk jauh sgt kan? hehe tak pe la, segan woo mawu tanya mcm tu kat org. :p
aku igtkan dia just nak angguk atau geleng. sbb time tu kat lecture hall! -_-"
tp tetiba dia balas balik kat atas kertas yg kecik tu. ape la. kedekut kertas la kau ni!
kau la yg kedekut! jelir lidah. ahaha
aku pun curious gilaaa la apa yg dia tulis. aku insist dia. ya atau tidak?!

melihat junior bergurau mesra di fb. baru 16 tahun. comel. si gadis post ayat ayat sweet. yes, girls are always sweet. si jejaka pura pura merajuk. kemudian, si gadis buat ayat jual mahal. bila ditegur oleh si kakak, si gadis menerima dgn senyuman. manakala si jejaka pula menerima dgn hati terluka mungkin. sudah pasti ego terguris.
